Refund Policy

Billing provider

Paid subscriptions are sold and charged by Polar, our merchant of record. Polar handles payment processing, applicable taxes, receipts, and approved refunds, and will appear on your billing statement or receipt.

Cancellation is not a refund

You may cancel at any time to stop the next renewal. Unless a refund is approved or applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation does not refund the current billing period and paid benefits remain available until that period ends.

14-day withdrawal window

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of taking it out, without giving a reason. The model withdrawal instructions and form are set out below.

Separately, and going beyond that right, we promise every subscriber the same thing on every charge, wherever you live: email hello@champsheep.com within 14 days of any charge — including a renewal charge — and we refund it in full. No reason and no particular wording are required.

A full refund ends the subscription's paid benefits and reverses all WOOL attributed to it, returning your balance to where it would have been. To stop a future renewal without a refund, cancel from your billing page instead.

Model withdrawal instructions

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Castillo Shell, LLC, 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States, hello@champsheep.com — of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

When refunds are available

Outside the 14-day window above, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once charged, except in these circumstances:

• A confirmed duplicate subscription charge is refunded in full.
• A refund is required by the mandatory consumer law that applies to you.
• We approve another refund after reviewing the circumstances. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

How to request a refund

Email hello@champsheep.com and include:

• The email address used for your ChampSheep account
• The charge date, amount, and currency
• The reason for your request, including whether you believe the charge is a duplicate or unauthorized

Never email us your full card number, bank details, or password.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are returned by Polar to the original payment method. Bank and payment-network processing times vary. Currency conversion or bank fees charged by third parties may not be recoverable.

A full refund or chargeback ends the refunded subscription's paid entitlement and reverses all WOOL attributed to it. A partial refund does not change the subscription entitlement or WOOL unless applicable law requires a different result.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable right you have under applicable law, including any statutory withdrawal or cancellation right. Where those rules conflict with this policy, the mandatory rules apply.
